TRAVEL – ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE
All flights should be booked into Benin or Lagos Airport.
For best arrangements and ease of travel, flights should be booked so you will arrive in Edo or Lagos as early as possible on 22nd of May 2024 (Arrival) and leave Sunday 26th of May, 2024 (Departure).
ACCOMMODATION
We will be able to provide Hotel Accommodation for selected elite athletes in Edo State, but this will be decided on a case-by-case basis with preference given to those who contact us before April 26th.
The organisers shall take care of local travel, Hotel & board of all Invited athletes
Payment of travel for all invited athletes, appearance only for top performances.
All athletes who have been promised Hotel Housing should arrive in Edo on Thursday 10th of May in order to be housed.
Please do not bring unexpected guests as we can not house spouses, coaches, friends without prior arrangement.
